There is a website http://tantalism.org/ where the focus is on tease and denial / chastity from primarily the female sub perspective. After looking at that site (and of course there are countless t&d sites from the malesub perspective) I'd like to make the following observations:

-In my opinion, chastity play is best in a situation where the belt wearer is teased daily by the keyholder, not once every few days or longer. I also think the keyholder should strive to keep the belt wearer as aroused as possible.
-It seems that female subs are very leery of trying situations where they are teased over long periods of time not knowing whether or not an orgasm is going to be allowed for them.
-In my opinion, chastity is less about lack of trust and more about preventing another person from manual genital stimulation without the keyholder's permission.

Anyone care to comment?

Depends on your goal. If you're just doing a chastity scene, then it makes sense to make the denial/teasing the focus of the activity.

The female orgasm is usually also a lot more complex and difficult to keep rising and falling than in males. The process you described here sounds like everyday life for a heck of a lot of females in the world already.
