I'm into Pony Play.
I'm not all HARDCORE about it.
But some of it is very entertaining.

Anyone else have any say on the matter?

I have never done pony play. I have a friend who loves it. I can see how it could be fun.

I am interested in it to a point also.  I don't think we will ever get hardcore into it, but will probably play around a bit.
 
I think the tail, bit, and riding crop are as far as we plan to go.  I do believe that Master will come up with plenty of ways to use all of the above though.

I once saw a video on-line about ponyplay, and I thought it was really cool. I'm a little bit curious, but I don't think I could get into it. I'd rather watch than participate.

I absolutely love it. I've never had a pony-girl, or even met one sadly (sad init?), but there are lots of websites about it all over the place-My favourite is "Sir Jeff's Ponygirls". I love them for the look of all the shiny straps and metal, the strict bondage the pony girl is placed in and the amount of control you have over your pony.

I live in Shropshire in the midlands (UK) and there is supposed to be a pony-play group here somewhere but I've yet to track it down-there is a phone number in the back of "Screw the roses,send Me the thorns" but when I tried it it didn't work.

The real bummer is that even if I'd have got the -right- number I wouldn't have been able to join the group anyway-I'm a single male and single men aren't too popular within groups, also, by the very nature of what they do they probably go miles out of the way on to some rough ground somewhere both for privacy and atmosphere, I use a wheelchair, and although it would make a really great cart for pulling, it doesn't go well over anything rougher than loose stones.

I have seen them, they are quite interesting.  I am sure once we delve into it a bit, there will be all kinds of things we try about it.  I am not interested in being in competitions or anything like that though.

It's more the mindset of the animal.......than the outfit itself.  For some, they feel the acoutrements are essential to them attaining their animal headspace.  For others, they can just see a fence, open space or a barn, or a 4 legged horse and go into that headspace of a human pony -- be they a work horse, one who pulls a cart, a riding hack or an at liberty show pony.
