I love kids.
1. they're generally shorter then I am
2. they say what they feel
3. no hidden agenda give them the damn candy and they'll shut up
4. they say all the wrong things at the wrong times...its hillarious
5. they make life mmmm sorry can't seem to find the word ...new maybe?

I'm wishing it would stop raining so I can take Knucklehead out for a run

Status: offline 		I am cursing myself for being weak enough to dare to take a nap.  Left my little girl alone to watch TV, never figuring she would go find some scissors and cut her hair.  OY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But then, after what she's done to her barbies in the last 2 weeks - am I really surprised????  (nope - should have seen it coming)

I am laughing my head off...I'm sorry I know its probably not funny but be happy you don 't have two little girls.  My sister and I are about 2 years apart when I was about 3'ish our mother was outside hanging clothes on the line we gave each other mohawks with our dad's razor.

As for me, I'm trying to do laundry but I keep getting pulled away from it. What does it take to tell monsters to go away and let me do the darn stuff?

I usually take my godson by the hand, lead him to the toy room and tell him "Somewhere in this room I've hidden candy just for you to find"

Which gives me enough time to run downstairs swap loads and start the dishwasher then I have to take him to another room and tell him I hide a dollar.

When I was 7, and my cousin was 5 we decided to wash our hair....

in the toilet...(well, the swirl did a great job rinsing!!)

she insists it was my idea... hmmph.
