CFNM or "Clothed Female/Naked Male"--a form of humiliation where the male is forced to be naked, inspected, commented on by a group of clothed women-- is very close to a my own fetish... except for the woman part. Does anyone know if there is a similar fetish in the gay world? I guess it would be called CMNM.

Sure, I would imagine you are not the only one who enjoys such a thing and for everyone who has a fetish there are those who will enjoy indulging it. This is a fairly common form of play and I've seen it done with all mizes of genders and orientations.

Most formal, private, protocol I've run across has the slave naked, no matter what the sexual orientation of the couple (even if their sexual orientations don't match for sexual service).

Boy's uniform for lack of a better word in the Leather Community is shirts boots white T shirt, but when moved inside to a less public space they tend to strip down to jocks and harness. While the Daddies/ Masters remain clothed at least at the start.
If you take a look at the Tom Of Finland artwork you see alot of disparity in level of dress between the Dominant and submissive partner.
