First thought was cross dressing, though i could be off a bit on that guess. i realize it could be a diaper/baby roleplay type of fetish.

Until meeting my Master, i had this one fetish for YEARS .... and never told another living soul of it. i can relate to how you feel. Hopefully you'll find comfort in sharing it , i did.
