From the Pitcher side of things.   

What makes it easier for me to do it involves lube and getting her into a position where she can be entered.  It helps to do digital stimulation of the area first.  Additionally an orgasm or 14 well tend to relax her to allow for penetration.

From the catcher side of things.

My former submissive said that some gay men from Ontario indicated that trying to recreate the sensation of having a bowel movement in the recipients mind made it easier for the other person to penetrate them.  Worked for her.

I met somebody one time who had to have a drawstring thingie put in his anus to keep his insides inside.  This was the result of too much anal sex with too many large objects.  These would be fist sized or larger objects.

Wearing a butt plug around the home, office, or out shopping will relax the muscles to some degree making it easier to be the recipient.

As far as depth is concerned, any number of emergency rooms in the country will have x-rays of things like Mag-Lite flashlights, police billy clubs, wine bottles. coke bottles, and all sorts of odd objects in people's rectums. 

The thing to be careful about when inserting large objects is the tendency of the area to create a large amount of suction and drag the entire article behind the anus.  At this point, the anus generally cannot stretch enough to let it back out on it's own.  What ERs do is insert one of those catheter doodads used to open blocked veins (inflates at the end) and use that to pull the object out.

Im not sure how helpful that is, but there ya go.

You have the anus, connected to the rectum, connected to the sigmoid colon, descending colon, splenic flexure, transverse colon, hepatic flexure, ascending colon, and cecum, which then attaches to the small intestine via the ileum......   BTW, all the above mentioned is the large bowel...

Status: offline 		One thing to keep in mind is that there is a bend a few inches past the splinchter and depending on the severity of it, it can make deep penetration really painful. Nothing can really be done to correct this but it can be alleviated a bit with  certain entry angles. Also, if one is familiar with where the A spot is, it can be massaged from the pussy by pressing two fingers firmly and flat against the bottom. Sorta opposite of where the G spot is. This can really help relax her through the entire scene. If they have psychological problems with fecal matter and such, then an enema would alliviate that worry.
