OK bear with me here, this might be a little long. I'm giving quick, easy and cheap meals to my unmentionables all the time. If you need any more, just let me know. Chicken Pot Pie Frozen pie crust deep style (2 in pkg) Large can of chicken breast 12.5 oz 2 cans of Veg all 1 can of condensed cream of chick soup preheat oven 350 let pie crust thaw 10 min place chicken in bowl break up with fork (leave broth) mix with cream chick soup Drain water in veg all, mix all Pour into one pie crust, then put second on top, press crust together, Cut 2 lines in middle for ventilation Bake 20- 25 mins ----------------------------------- Chicken Alfredo 2 pkgs, Lipton noodles in sauce Alfredo 12 oz perdue short cut precooked sliced grilled chicken breast 1 pkg frozen Birds eye all seasoned vegetables (not with cheese) Microwave or cook the vegetables in separate dish (as directed on package) Follow package directions for Alfredo noodles After noodles are finished, add chicken and Vegetables ------------------------------------------------- Salisbury Steak 1 large jar of brown gravy Lipton powdered onion soup (in box) 1 pound of Hamburger meat 1 egg Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1 ½ cups Mix all then make small patties Little olive oil in skillet /med heat cook patties for 10 minutes on each side Add gravy simmer for 10 more minutes Great with noodles or mash taters ------------------------------------ Chicken Enchiladas Preheat oven 350 Requires baking dish or pan El Paso microwave taco chicken Corn or Flour tortillas 8 - 10 Enchilada mix (in can or powder follow directions) Shredded chedder cheese Microwave chicken ½ time as directed 4 spoons of enchilada sauce bottom of baking pan Dip the tortillas in Enchilada sauce 2 -3 tbls of chicken in each tortilla, top with cheese roll bending ends over place individually in pan Top with remaining sauce more cheese on top Bake for 20 minutes Serve with sour cream / tomato / lettuce Side with Liptons Rice & Sauce Spanish Style (prepare as directed, and/or add a can of Hormel chili no beans for extra flavor) None of these should take more than 30 minutes from fridge to table.
