I would suggest googling spybot and dowloading it.

I -love- spybot.

It's gotten rid of most of the spyware on my machine, minus one thing which is evil. But it'sa bout time to reformat anyway.

SpyDoctor and SpySubtract far outdo even the combined efforts of SpyBot and AdAware. SpyBpt and AdAware even when you run them together STILL miss a lot of stuff. SpyDoctor and SpySubtract I found were a LOT more effective mostly cuz they block shit before it even has a chance to load into your puter. Plus it found the annoying little proggie that'd been hiding in my puter, that NOTHING before had been able to catch and control. SpyDoctor was 10 bucks and was well worth that nominal fee, and SpySubtract (which also has CWShredder embedded in it) was 49 bucks, but ½ way through the trial period gave me a discount option to buy it for 15 bucks. It has MORE than paid for itself in my machine not lagging and me not having to take the time to manually run it to scrub my machine since it blocks imost crap from even installing itself. Both are available for download on PCworld.com

I'm also trying the new microsoft spyware remover - since they know their source code, they'll most likely make the best spyware blocker for their software, and from what my sys admins tell me, it's pretty bad ass, even for the beta stage.

It's free, and available for download at microsoft.com.
