An ash fetish is Using someone as a human ashtray.. Something akin to serving as an inanimate object.

Ball Busting, is more a slang expression for anytype of Ball torture.

Size scenes: I think is something someone made up to ask how you feel about Larger people, or fat smothering.

The gates of hell are a cock harness.. as for training.. sounds to me like someone is wanting to know about chasity training, depite that not being a good device for it.
