ORIGINAL: slavegirl1969 The earlier question I asked was "how to put feelings into words". One of the suggestions I got was to write what I was feeling in a journal I passed the suggestion to my Master who thought it was an excellent idea (and by the way He's just joined CM - to him, thank you and gawd I do love you MasterofMind1973 lol) As I type much faster than I write I chose to start a journal on the computer, still not sure that I would be able to open up and say what I was feeling. WRONG..To any newbie out there who is frustrated with not being able to say what they are thinking/feeling etc - this appears to be much easier. I write as though no-one is ever going to see it. Everything I have wanted to say but couldn't is now there. Some of it reads as though I wrote it when drunk but hey ho, its there!! I emailed the first part, all 10 pages of it, to my Master for him to read and he has now stated that whilst he can at any time read my journal it is not a condition that I write it with this in mind, thus freeing me up to write what honestly. Of course I appreciate it wont work for everyone but this was an absolutely wonderful idea that has worked for me. So thank you to the gorgeous young lady who first suggested it Yes, a journal is an excellent idea lol. Its a place where you can write anything that is on your mind, any feeling at the time, any thought, any disappointments, etc; its a place where he can see where your mind is at at any given time. And its a wonderful tool for those who often have a hard time expressing themselves; it opens up communication in so many ways.
