Status: offline 		I have a question for those that have slaves, especially slaves from another county. I have been seeking to add to My slave family, but most of the wonderful responses come from those that live in another country. I have one in particular that has a business and wants to keep it there in his country but run it via employees. This slave has sent Me copies of his documentation of residence, his company income statements and on and on. All sounds well and good but I have never really considered one from another country because it just seems so hard with all the legal stuff.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

there is another area that addresses this issue
but if this slave does not have his visa to come
to the USA you will have to file for him and have
a reason for bringing him here and of course it
also depends on what country he is from. Most
cannot come on their Own they must have a USA
citizen to support their arrival in the form of providing
work here or by getting married to them. If he wants
to come here on a visiting visa he will have to still
file forms and pay the price for it and wait till one
comes available as there are only so many that are given
out a year and there are years of lines waiting for them
to come available in many countrys. I currently have
10 of My slaves from My Home country that have filed
for their visas to come to the USA and there is a 5 year
wait from My Country for a visiting visa alone and you
your self must show that you own your own home and
are gainfully employed and have bank accounts in the USA.
Here is the link to the Immagration and you can investigate what option
you would like to use in the process of retreaval of him
here but I can tell you that you cannot bring him here as
a slave as slavery is against the law in the USA how ever
you can bring him here as a hired domestic
but it is still a process and he must have all of this busiess info
to file for the visa and letters from you to show that he has
communcated with you for the employment and a physical
and fingerprinting and a picture taken and brought with all
the paperwork to file for the temp visa. Expect for you and
your family to be investigated by the Goverment for sponcership
of sumone out side the country and I would say to investigate what
visa do not have many fileing under and try to find a way to use that
one. Of course there are a gazzillion immagration laywers out there
but every thing can be done by your self just follow the goverments
directions on the papers to a tee and dont dispair if you are turned
down the first time either for paper work not done properly or because
visas are not available at the time. refile again its still way cheaper to do
your self then to hire a lawyer.

as an investor say to expand his company
here with you that is just another options for
visas to be files and also keep in mind
you are legally and financially responcible for
ALL concerning the person you sponcer to come
here to the USA. so say you do so and in a month
they run off and you cannot find them then commit
a crime and are caught, you are the party whom will
also be charged with the crime under US Immmagration
laws. FYI ~wink~

Status: offline 		Thank you so much Dread. I think I will have to pass on this slave. I have too much at stake with responsibility to My other slaves. he was going to come as an investor, but still...too much for Me at this point to take on.

I agree with you proudsub, and I do not know him as well as I would like to feel 100 percent ok with My ownership of him.

Status: offline 		I've paid the plane ticket for my Germany slave to come here. After 90 days he is supposed to go back. Haven't figured out how to keep him here legally. The good news is he is young and I can send him to college if necessary to buy some time.

Status: offline 		He is not here yet but, he is due to come June 27th. I have known him since about December. Through various tests with no promise of reward I became convinced of his sincerity and decided to buy his ticket around March or April. We communicate frequently via webcam.

Status: offline 		Being from Australia myself, I would have to ask the question why he hasn`t been able to find a Mistress to take him, in his own country? If he is as wonderful, or as committed as he seems, I`d say he is too good to be true. *Fantasy Land* knows no boundary`s, I`d personally see it in that perspective.

I mean, I did not had that much issue keeping my submissive from Riverside County in my house in Los Angeles County, but I thought that was because I kept the curtains closed...

Sum of Us have the abilities to look past others
inperfections and see the bigger pictures~
B Goddess in order for the school thing to work
out for you the slave would of had to be accepted
befor comming there by the school so be sure be
for the slave comes that they file to go to school
at the school nearest to you to get the paperwork
ball rolling befor the slaves entry and remember
that any thing a person does that you sign to come
here on visa you as a citizen in the USA are responcible
for no matter what they do and even if they run off
you will be responcible to see to their capture and return
to their country per INS info or pay the price of their
wrong doings. Its a iffie prospect and one that truly needs
to be done by those of experiance in its rules and ways
and not to be done in by the savvy whom spacifically desire
to enter the Country by ANY MEANS AVAILABLE. Always
remember first and foremost your duty to and protection
of Your country above and beyond your personal needs of
a slave for what ever reason. just My opinion. I hope You
find what You seek Geri and all Members from the USA remember
Our Country is one that is desired to be entered by EVERYONE
and many will do ANYTHING in order to gain that privaladge no
matter the cost finacially or no matter the cost physically so ALL
in these times of WAR beware and be so VERY VERY CAREFULL
and always remember first and foremost even in Our Lifestyle
OUR COUNTRYS PROTECTION FIRST in OUR actions as I always
look at and take when dealing with those outside of Our Great Land.
