Depends on the situation and thing to be forgiven... stuff like abuse, cheating, blantant lies for no good reason... nope, I don't tend to forgive those. I don't hold a grudge, but I'll never see/treat/trust the person the same way again. Other than that, I'm pretty forgiving, imo. Except to the sub/slave/bottom who makes me coffee, and then (jokingly) withholds it

... then I hold a HUGE grudge... and a flogger... and restraints... and gag...

It depends on the infraction. I have NO tolerance for lies, dishonesty or intentional hurt to another. I do understand we all make mistakes, however everyone needs to take ownership of their mistakes and work to not repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

As for whether I'm a forgiving person, pretty much so but then I just don't expect too much of people in the first place so the forgiving part seldom arises and when it does, a simple apology placates me. However, there is one person I will never forgive because what she did was cold, mean and calculated to hurt, though I would have forgiven her if an apology was forthcoming but then, she is anatomically incapable of getting the word sorry out of her mouth. It's pointless forgiving someone who isn't contrite.

I can forgive most things not people that murder and commit other such crimes etc. these can never be forgiven. It’s not always about forgiving though sometimes you loose respect for a person at the same time and that is hard to regain if not impossible.

I am a forgiving person I 've forgiven all who ever did me wrong except for two people whom I will never forgive- What they did was conscious and deliberate I will not forgive them that .I will not give them that easy out.
