He has told me it is not his job to carry out the task, it is only his job to order it, and since he is not into micromanagement it is not his problem. He was kind enough to let me know he expected the street widened 5 feet on each side, and that would require many of the buildings to also be moved back. I am so appreciative of his helpful hints, but I am still a little over my head and overwhelmed… will some of you please be kind enough to include some advice of how I can complete this task in the next 7 days and make my Daddy proud?

OK, just want to make sure I understand the situation so as to give forth the best possible advice.
Sinergy had to make a U-Turn but had difficulty because his ass was too wide. U-turn, um.. that is .. you, in turn were a wise-ass, so he, in-turn, brought out his internal wise-ass on the wide-ass issue and now you have to change the face of the Earth for being a wise-ass because his wide ass doesn't fit the landscape and you only have until nextTuesday to accomplish this feat. That about right? ::blinks::
I'm going to go on the assumption, that while I might not be perfectly accurate, it's close enough to offer up some helpful advice on this growth project. First of all.. get a spoon. I know for a fact that you have them available and can provide links to threads if you can't remember stating that this is, indeed, a fact.
Now, you can do one of two things with the spoon. Either go to Sunset and start digging and actually making the space wide enough for Sinergy's ass... or.. take the spoon to Sinergy and beg him to use the spoon on your ass for being a wise ass. One of those two things should work for you.
