Hallo and welcome to a little tread i wish to call the nephandi diet.

There have been several treads lately on fat subs, fat Doms and so on, and all of them have been rathr negative, let us try to start a positive one. This tread is for pepole that may wish to diet, or wish to cheer those of us that wish so on. And before we start, let me begin by saying that being fat, chobby, big or whatever you wish to call it is not wrong or ugly, it can be wery beautiful. It is just that some of us wish to loose some weight for some reasons, here is the diet i have been recomended.

Step one: Get in fron of a mirror and look at yourself, do not see an ugly person see somone that is beautiful. Love our body, for if you are loosing weight purly to get better self esteem, it will not work. If you dont have self esteem issues you can skip this step, but remember it is an inportant step, love yourself.

Step two: Write up a list of reasons why you wish to loose weight, write up things that is for you and for nobody else, make sure to put it all in here includinc things you might think is stupid, make copies of this list and hang on the refrigiater, laminate on a card in your vallet, hang on the wall, make sure one of the lists is never far away so that you can always be reminded of why you are doing this. Here is my list:

1, i wish to fit nice gothing clothing from normal stores.
2, i wish to inprove my health.
3, i am doing life etension and being thin helps in that regard.
4, i wish to fit my best dress again.
5, i wish to fit a special dress i have looked at to wear at my school reunion.
6, i think i will look better if i get a bit slimmer.
7, i wish to learn bellydance and that might be more easy if i am slim.
8, i want a bellybutton ring.
9, i want to change my lifestyle to a more healthy one.
10, i want to get ligther in the body and there fore move more easy.

Step three: Set a date to begin the diet, and keep that date, this is dificult but do try, and choose a date near to the one you are at, so you dont put it of to long.

Step four: Quik diets will not work unless all you wish to get rid of is a bit of christmas kilos, if you are overweight and wish to get thin, you need to change your lifestyle and eating habbits, and it must not be boring. my diet is simple, no candy, that will say no chocholate, cookies, snaks and other things that can be considerd candy, no esessive fat on weekdays, that will say fast food burgers and so on. Always eat fruits and vegtables whit every meal and cut fat where i dont realy mind to, for emaple i am not realy that fond of butter, so i cut it from what i eat, i can drink reduced fat milk instead of fatty ones and so on. Otherwise i eat normal, healthy food. The vegtables will work in the body to burn claories for as long as they are digjestet so alot of vegtables is inportant. Also dont fall into the drinking calories trap, many alcohol drinks, sodas, teas and coffe mies and others are fattening, cut them. Drink wather, juise and fruit teas whit no added sugar.

Step five: Cut your losses, if you can not help yourself but must brake diet, or if you for some reason realy want or deserve a treat, choose what is the least bit damaging to your diet, sugar is the wrost, you harm your diet less whit a fatty bruger whit all on it then whit one little candy bar. Find things you like to eat that is not so big no nos, for exasmple stawberries whit unsugard cottage cheese might not be ideal, but as a treat it is better than many things, fruit salads, vegtable plates whit dip and so on are all good treats, find out what you like and remember the mantry, cut your losses, if you are to brake diet, make sure you do it in the as least harmful way as possible and get right beck on the horsie. If you choose good treats you have nothing to be ashamed of and dont need to stop doing your diet out of guilt, just hang in there. The best snaks ofcourse is vegtables and fruits.

Step six: Do not skip meals. It is temping to skip a meal or to, eating less must mean faster weight loss, right? wrong! When you eat only one big meal a day your buring of calories will be at its minimum, besides when you go hungry the chances you will eat a snak is alot bigger. But if you eat four meals a day and a fruit and vegtable now and then as a between meals, you keep your body burning fat like a whipped slave and you will go down in weight faster, so remember eat all your meals.

Step seven: Dont weigh yourself every day, you will go a bit up and down in weight, once every two weeks is enough and trust your mesuring ribbons more than your bathroom weight.

Step eight: Add eersise, make sure you take a walk now and then, this will ahve other health benefits to, did you know that one half an houer walk a day reduce the chance of heath problem to a fraction? In adition find yourself a physical hobby, now if you are like me and hate exersise, dont by a gym card, be realistic, you will hardly ever use it, remember we are looking to change our lifestyle here, not give a burst of activity and fall back on bad habbits, find somthin you like, perhaps start go out dancing or take a dancing class, start gardening, buy a dog, go horseback riding, learn material arts, whatever you like, there is so many physical hobbies out there, you are bound to find somthing you like. And remember to get in that 20 min to half an houer walk now and then to.

Step nine: Aply the little triks. Now theese might not help alot alone, but together whit the rest of the diet they leand a helping hand. For eample, drink your wather estra cold or eat ice cubes, your body burn calories warming the wather up, now and then when watching TV stand for 10 minutes, you burn more calories standing than sitting. Just walk around in the hosue now and then, go up and down the stairs one extra time, just smal little seconds of exersise throuth the day, you will be amased on how effective it is.

Step ten: When you reatch your ideal weigh, you can eat a little more no no food but make sure not to slip back to old happibs, no no foods should be treats, nothing more and to stay slim you need to keep the healthy diet for all your life, or unthil medical sience find a wonder cure that will take care of the problem, and or your find a magick spell that will make you slim no matter what you eat. :D

Now whit this 10 step program you will not loose weight over night, it will happen slowly, half a kilo to one and a half a kilo of weightloss a week, and you might have to do some extra exersise and hold of on the cut your losses treats when you come to aboute 10 to 5 percent from your ideal wight, those are always the hardest to loose. But then again, when you have only 5 kiles left to loose you can use some eperess diet that the magasines are so full of to get rid of the little bit at the end, the thing that is inportant here is not that you should not follow the advice of pepole like Dr Atkins and his like, but that you can not live forever on their diet, and you need to find a balance a healthy diet that taste good that you can live on even after the diet is done.

Nephandi, good advice!
Yes, you do have to change your lifestyle too.
Eating too much and not excercising is a "lifestyle" for some people and they don't realise it.
Walking is great excercise!
