They may have desires and even potential, but beyond "play", I doubt that any 18 yr old is in a position to control another person's life and decisions. Or at least, I can say, I've never met one that I would consider capable of such. And I would be hard-put to believe it unless I saw it.

I was 16 when I first starting my role as a female Dominant. From then on it was all uphill. Yes, they CAN have what it takes to be dominant/dominatrix. Experience is the best and learning from others is important, but I know I wouldn't be half as good as what I do if it weren't for my subbies. That's the plain truth. They have taught Me immensly alot. Learning the skills and practicing them.
