dear moving gods. i hate to move and you know that. on top of this it seems projects i working on fall apart. i lived here 7 years, sunbury 7 years, but have moved @ 25 times aside from that. things are different now with a bad back. :-( so guys- how many times have you moved? do you like to move? any odd experiences connected to it?

I have moved around alot in my life, especially during my childhood...I would say over ten times..

4 times in 26 years. I'm the kind of person who likes to have a stable base of operations. Although my lease is coming up due in 5 months, so... who knows if I may make it 5 moves? Scary... [:D]

It happens when in the military either by birth or by marriage, lol. Just a fact of life. Have lived in the same town since 1981, same county & state since 1979.

A total of 42 times in my life. My dad was career military, then I was in the military so that accounts for the majority. However, this last move didn't occur until after I had lived in one spot for more than 10 years. Move, pack all bad "four letter words" to me. Thank the powers that my husband did the lions share of the work with this last move.

Brooklyn to Boston for school... back to Brooklyn Brooklyn to Cincinnati Cincinnati to Vegas soon Vegas to Nashville... Hopefully, Nashville wil be it, though one never knows where oppertunity might lead DV

I've moved 7 times within my life... the last 4 in the past 3 years. I don't mind moving, I just hate packing... but I don't trust anyone else to do it. sigh Next place, is going to be just me. No room/house mates, family, other. Just me. And maybe my Princess.
