Hi,

I once owned a velvet lockable collar custom made. Unfortunately the people stopped with their business (B&G accessories). Since then i am looking for something similar. That collar was a leatherone lined with plush velvet. And a padlock could be looped through a pin in the back.

PLEASE HELP!

If you can not find it, I would suggest finding someone locally who does leather work and have it made.  You can also look online for custom leather shops.

Does anyone know where they could make such?

I have found this: http://www.lionshearth.com/lockingcollars and I'm sure if you asked them, they could put a locking mechanism on one of these velvet collars as opposed to the lobster claws.
Go in - hit the fabric collars area - there are some velvet band ones in there.  Then ask them if t hey can change the design to allow for the lock at the back, and explain your preferrances.
Good luck!

We line almost all our collars, usually in leather. Lining in velvet would be no problem, even with a post lock closure.

www.leatheretc.com not pricey, decent quality, collars are usually pretty good quality their clothing is hit or miss depending on it's use. we go there for dress up clothes or for parties where we would never take our good stuff either b/c of mess or thieves. they have all kinds of sizes, colors, materials, and options. the prices are pretty low because they make up for it in quantity. for small things collars, cuffs, armbands, crops, etc, cheap but durable top harnesses I go there.
