Status: offline 		  hi i am looking for some guidance with regards to wrapping with clingfilm
i am sure its very simple really but not something i have evr done personally .
after chattin to my sub i decided that i really would like to try restraining him fully in wrap but i am not sure about what i need to do i wont be wrapppin his face yet but other than the obvious keepin an eye on body temperatures and havin saftey scissors handy for release is there anything i should be wary about ?
or does anyone just have some good ideas or advice for a first time session ?

Status: offline 		Put some padding between his ankles and wrists -- those areas tend to be bony and nerves can be damaged.

Don't wrap too tightly around the shoulders or try to wrap a body part at a weird position.

If he's bigger than you, he's going to have to cooperate and move a bit on his own.

Make a lot of time for this. Even a quick, simple wrap may take half an hour.

Watch your own sense of balance especially when wrapping around his body.

Have a bed low enough that he can bend or fall onto it easily -- don't just push but help him lower himself down.

Have lots of water on hand, he is going to sweat and (unless you like that smell) have stuff for a shower ready afterwards.

You should dress casually and have water for yourself -- the process of wrapping may very well make you sweat.

Hope this helps. A full body wrap is one of Fox's favorite rewards so I've become rather good at it.

Status: offline 		For a first time session, tuck a folded towel underneath his armpits, lengthwise, keeping the towel between his arms and his sides all the way to his wrists.  Do the same with a towel folded lengthwise between his legs, from his crotch down between his knees, the lower legs will be fine without it but you might want to tuck a washcloth between his ankles because a tight wrap can hurt.

Have him stand arms at his sides and begin at his shoulders, wrapping downward.  Take a few wraps down, then back up, then back down again, about every foot or so. 

Across his torso and midsection, just above his cock, twist the wrap over on itself just above the cock, like so: > so that it makes  a V.  One or maybe two twists at most, then continue wrapping around the small of his back, come back to his cock and make another twist again, like so: >< so that his cock is just below the double V.  This keeps his cock open and unbound for you to torment.  Take another wrap just below his cock and twist the wrap to make another >.

Finishing wrapping his upper thighs and lower legs and feet.

I like using black or pink bondage tape for the head and neck because it's fast, easy to handle and is manageable enough to twist an opening for his nostrils, and maybe his mouth unless I pop gag into it and wrap over it.

After you're done tormenting his cock, if you make him come, be ready for him to float into subspace, and eventually fall asleep if you let him.

Status: offline 		great advise so far, I will just second the water...it can get mighty sweaty and someone can dehydrate and feel light headed quickly.  Be careful of the balance also when doing it standing up

Status: offline 		It's not silly at all.  You can use cold toys on him also, just be observant and communicate.  If this is a regular play partner or LTR and you plan on doing this a lot, you'll get a feel for it and how he responds to it.  Check in with him frequently.  Also, don't feel like you have to do it for hours on end.  Cling wrap is inexpensive and you can start off for a short period of time to test it out and increase with time.  It's a fun activity and I am sure you'll have a good time. 

You can also add in some other fun things like predicament bondage, tickling, CBT, NT, etc to parts you may want to leave exposed :)

Status: offline 		I think for the first time when you wrap someone you have no idea what their reaction will be.  You need to support this person is some way in case they a) go limp b) struggle or c) just plain freak out.

You need to be aware that the person will become disorientated quite quickly especially if you are going to wrap their eyes.

I would suggest that you start off by taping or wrapping the top of the head only and just cover the eyes.  Leave plenty of space at the mouth and nose.

The thing that I have found the best to do was to get a sturdy chair (I  painted it gold!!)  and carry it with me, if is my intention to wrap.  Sit the submissive down and then saran wrap them to the chair.  You can then follow up by tape which will get tighter and then even rope or chain if you really want to make it tighter and heavier bondage.

With the scissors -   wear them around you neck and you will ALWAYS know where they are.  The best scissors are medial scissors that have a flat blade on one side.  When you are cutting out you just slip it between the person and the wrap.

Once they are heavily restrained you can then feel free to torture them a little.  If they are sitting down and comfortable (?? yeah right) then they can remain in that position for quite some time.  Wrap takes quite a long time to get on properly - so once you get them in they must be able to sustain the position.

Status: offline 		Ice play and a warm blow dryer used with care are great fun. Set blow dryer on half heat though because you can burn skin thru the saran wrap or even melt the wrap.  Occasionally I make sure he's right beneath or in range of a cold AC vent blowing directly on him, just to watch him shiver for awhile.  Have a lightweight blanket onhand, a loosely knit afghan throw is perfect, to toss over him after you've laughed at his shiverring plight.  Keeping a close eye on him is all you'll need to watch out for as far as temperature goes.  The wrap will steam like a window in a sauna, you can feel the heat thru the wrap easily.  As long as his breathing is unhinhibited he'll be fine.  I've left my sub wrapped for 4 to six hours, moderating his temp by taking the blanket on and off while he sleeps, and by either turning the fan or the AC up or down.  I would think that being wrapped in a heated room or near a fireplace would be careless; I always keep the room a bit chilly while he's wrapped.

Ditto the water or gatorade, have a bottle of rubbing alcohol onhand in case his muscles cramp once he's out of the wrap, the rubbing alcohol, rubbed briskly onto his skin, will quickly eliminate calf cramps or charlie horses caused by the sweating.

Status: offline 		 wrapping is something i have always been intrigued by but never done anything majorly with it i am tryin to motivate myself to learn one new thing each month that i want to try and am tryin to learn all aaspects about it why dommes like to do it why subs/slave feel happy when they are told they will recieve it and of course how to do it :) its fun reading about it all and learning the diffeent styles and motivations

I have purchased the large rolls of wrap from a moving supply company.  It is less expensive than buying saran at the grocery store and you have lots and lots of material with which to work.  It is nice and  wide, and cuts a very nice swath.  I have carefully used a blow dryer, Myself.  A little bit of shrinkage can be fun!  *Smile*

Status: offline 		I have been wrapped 2 times by MADAM. The first time to the neck, and it was great. The second time, the full body and head, with a breathing tube. The second time was because I was curious about it, and she only did it so I could try it out. She always kept one of those Plastic Envelope Cutters, this way I couldn't be cut by it. Also you might want to cut the plastic over the Crotch area, and maybe drop in a few Ice Cubes. It feels so NEAT, with the water running under me......YUMMY !
