Are there any Women from "collarme" that are familiar with Obeah groups. i believe that this group of Women are African American and believe that whites were made to serve them. My search results did not turn up any info regarding this term..thanks,,michael

"Obeah" is a general term to describe a belief system in Jamaica which has some similarities to Voodoo and Santeria.  I have no idea how it is being applied in a non-Jamaican D/S context.

Glad someone else knew about that as well.  It has me confused how it became a term used by racist D/s  practioners.

Then again,  I still chuckle when paleskinned blue-eyed skinheads call themselves aryans.

i have seen references that OBEAH also is a group of African American women (dominant) and it has links to the BDSM lifestyle. This is the part of Obeah that i am seeking info on. Thanks everyone.....

*shaking head*

Next,  I guess we'll be told that SANTARI is a group of hispanic dommes.

I believe I'll be giggling all day over the thought of some halfwit actually finding an obeah practioner who doesn't take kindly to her religion being smudged in such a way.

LOL--  the world is a strange place, perhaps this is a moment where we say there is not only One way:

i.e.:

LOL.

Considering a lot of real Obeah practitioners are men?  Yeah, that confrontation could be...uh...colorful.

Not that I have much invested in what people call themselves, of course.  I'm sure there are many BDSM groups, including some dominated by one sex or the other, that have Wiccan, Asatru, historical Catholic, or some other kind of religious association.

So this is a group for African-American female supremacists, then?  Or is it more about African-American supremacy than female supremacy--?
