hello everyone, this is a repost from the Bondage Gear area of the Forum, where i was counseled to appeal to a wider audience: i have a hegar sound set, and have explored from the smallest size up to #9 which just barely goes in. does anyone have a protocol for moving on to larger sized sounds? so far i've only been able to have it in for 3hrs consecutively (no discomfort, just time constraint)- i did this once for 4 days straight, and it didn't seem to stretch at all. any ideas? submissively, -subboi

My education in the use of metal male urethreal sounds came directly from a licensed physician who served Me for a year. First and foremost....never, EVER force a sound in. Allow gravity to be the ONLY "force" that guides it in. Second I was told to only use sterile lubricant. That is not the kind that is found generally on the store shelf. You may have to do some research on where to get it, he obviously had ready access to sterile lube, so always brought it with him. Third Always disinfect the area carefully before inserting the sound. Castille soap is a good cleaner, gentle but effective. We never went so far as to use betadine, though you can...but I did swab the head with an alcohol wipe. (be sure to allow to air dry before inserting anything) I also always used latex gloves. You have to be very fastidious to not introduce bacteria into the urethra. I would not suggest leaving a sound in for three hours, but that's My personal preferance. Also, do not slide the sound in and out....as thrilling as that may sound, and feel..it's a great way to push bacteria further back into the bladder. As he was a physician, he had access to an autoclave for sterilization after use. I suspect you could achieve the same results with boiling the instruments in water afterwards. You may want to do a bit of research regarding home sterilization of medical equipment. As for increasing the size...just go slowly...they are dialaters remember...they are meant to stretch, and widen..that action will bring with it a bit of discomfort..but it should not be painful. If it is painful, stop right away. Again, I emphasize, be sure to allow only gravity to guide it in. That's My two-cents worth..your mileage may vary. Happy Medical Playing! MMNH

this is something that i have ony ever seen pictures of a kit from but have no idea whats its all about i get where you put the implements but i dont get why its called sounds lol could anyone explain ?[:D]

(Just an FYI so you know what you are actually using.) I know there are many, many websites which will tell you they are selling you 'Hegar sounds'. I won't say they are trying to mislead or rook you, but they are probably ignorant of the product line they are selling. ;) On to your actual question. Really, what you have been doing is what you need to be doing. Take your time, gradually work your way up to the larger sizes. There really are no short cuts on this one. Obviously, everyone's body type is different and some just don't have the flexibility that others do. I don't know how long you've been utilizing the dilators, but it can take several years before you are able to fit a 30 so don't rush it, continue to have fun, be careful and you'll make progress. Celeste PS - If you are looking for actual 'sounds' as opposed to uterine dilators, try the VanBuren or Dittel line of products. Personally, I wouldn't spend the money on them since the dilators work just as well, but toy sluts sometimes want what they want.. 'tis up to you. ;)

I have done extensive sounding. When you work your way up to where the sound (dialator) is tight then it is time to just let it sit in there for awhile. The penis and tissues are stretching and this takes time. Just inside the end of the penis, about 3/4 to 1 inch is a urtethal sphinter, this will stop the larger dialators. When I got to this point in my journey I pushed the dialator through the sphinter, it hurt. I probably actually tore some tissue and then could insert the larger dialator the length of the penis. It was great fun, loved the feeling inside. Also really made urinating great, turned into a fire hose. Need to keep the area sterile, you can clean the things with a pressure cooker, there are links on the web that talk about it. Usually I cleaned the dialator with soap and water and then put into a paper lunch bag. I then put the sealed bag and dialator into the pressure cooker and hit the proper temps and time. After cooling off the dialator stays sterile inside the bag. With all toys also keep these for yourself, don't share. It is possible to play with these things but it is a little higher in the risk catagory than other fun.

hmmm ... i have a large experience by using sounds on my slaves. the ideea is that .. u might read all these very sofisticated explications .. or u can simply read some basic rules and TRY it. as long as u are not retard .. nothing bad can happend ! ;)
