Michael, Im frustrated too. Truly, I hear you.

You're right, a lot of people are frustrated, but his problem isn't frustration.  It's laziness and ignorance.

Aileen, you are so right -- "You can't have monkeys in the house."

and

Stef, you too are right on -- "Some people are like Slinkies. They have no practical use whatsoever, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs."

i will not drag this out any longer, i made my choice...you all made yours. let's just all live with it and be done.

MistressGayle -> RE: Have you voted today? After you have please check in here. (11/7/2006 3:15:04 PM)

your choice was to do nothing; that's not a choice, that's an omission.  Those who voted shall more than "live with it".... I dare say we will be "happy" in our choices.

and yes, I am "done" with this discussion.

no offense to anyone here, but i don't think i have to justify myself to anyone here, just as any one here have to justify their "voted" choices to others

I'm just curious why you felt the need to post this at all.
You knew what the reaction would be.
Such a drama queen.

i registered to vote twice in my life, and the two candidates i planned on voting for dropped out of the race before election day...from that point on i vowed never again.

Does the perpetual victim thing ever get old?

Would it be improper to ask if they were caught in some kind of gay scandal?

Curiously,
Ron

This is a fast reply because it is to just about everyone.  PEOPLE:  Can't you see that this is -- once again -- Michael's unbelievably needy self demanding to make something "all about ME ME ME"?  Don't buy into it.  Sean, Stef, Heather, Crazy, Aileen, Tigress, Gayle -- all of you are smart people who I know have interesting things to say about politics.  I'd like to hear them.  So why spend your time here feeding this whiny pathetic little creature's needs?  Just ignore him.  The worst thing for him is to be ignored.  You all know that.

I voted.  And I'm proud I did, even though there were lousy choices for almost all the Statewide Illinois races.

E.

Edited because "whiny pathetic little creature" needed an apostrophe.  Mrs. Worden would be proud, even My rants are properly punctuated.
