This is the big day....as my Mom always told me "_______ THIS election is meaningful!!!!! This one is different!!!! Yes, this one is unique. Today, more than ever is a pivotal point _____, this one matters because of _________". (Which, by the way, always seemed important, but each subsequent and prior seemed equally as devastating/meaningful). Which is basically what she said the previous 7 elections, and the 8 or 12 since. But...this one's different. Today. Is it? Or is it just the same old shit?

I think because of the war it is somewhat different. But that is my opinion.

This one is pretty important...could decide who has majority control in senate and/or house..... I'll bet the turnout is higher than the last election.....?????

Some difference. We're still electing the same old Democrat and Republican parties who are not giving a damn about illegal imigration. Corporations are still hiring illegal imigrants over american citizen needing a job. Our current government would rather let the citizen go homeless than to work on fixing our imigration issues.
