Status: offline 		*sucks in a deep breath*  I miss play.  I certainly miss needle play.  Other than a cutting, which is the most intense for me.....this is one of the most energetic types of release that can be done on me.
I thrive on it, it makes me feel alive..........it replaces much.......pain.  I know that may not make sense coming from someone who very much enjoys pain.  It's the internal pain that gets released

Thinks i may need to ask Thorns for this when He gets home.  whew!

Actually, yes you are being presumptious.   I very much enjoy this type of play.  What i mean by "it replaces much....pain" I may have had a terrible day at work for instance, sometimes the world just gobbles me up from time to time and i take it all in, i keep going and going and going and never actually release it.  I just bury it. 
With this type of play......needle or cutting.......it's like one big energy ball emerges into the atmosphere and POOF!  gone. 

For the people that are not into this, i am sure it's hard to understand......for me.....i thrive on this shit.  *chucklez*

Status: offline 		My experience with needle play began when I was 14. Initially first it was home tattooing and then it moved on to piercings (ie. eyebrow) with piercing needles. Now I do more temporary piercings with syringe needles. Shallow punctures where I don't leave the needles in for very long. I wrote a 10-page tutorial on play piercing awhile back that talked about the technical and spiritual aspects of play piercing (with pictures that probably freaked my English instructor out), I can't get enough of it. I have done it to myself as a way of release and controlling my own body and furthering my connection with self, but way more prefer to do it to others.

Needles are indeed what someone said, the fastest and I think easiest endorphin rush. It's amazing what feelings such little things can elicit, and it doesn't take much work. Just a quick little poke and thread through the upper layers of the flesh and that's all it takes. It doesn't even have to involve any blood whatsoever. I've done it enough that I can control whether or not the piercings bleed. Blood does add a certain beauty to it, but some people get squicked by blood.

Status: offline 		The first time I did play piercing was during a demo for our group. A very experienced piercer requested volunteers and I just had to see how it felt. It was in a very non-scene environement and in the upper part of my arm, but the sensation was extremely intense. After she pierced me she looked to the audience and said "Ok, those of you who couldn't see what happened, she just had an orgasm!". She was right on the mark. It was one of the most intense sensations I'd ever felt. That was 3 years ago and it is still THE activity I enjoy the most.

Start by buying some needles. There are several reputable medical supply sites online which sell them. I would start with about a 24 or 22 gauge needle. Order the longest ones you can find. Before you pierce someone or they pierce you, try to find an experieced person to help you. If you can't, practice on a tomato. The layers of skin on a tomato are very similar to those of human skin. You want to turn the needle so the longest part is on the bottom facing up. This will help the beveled edge go through the skin more smoothly. Start by going just through the top layer of skin. Then through the second layer of skin. Some folks stop there. If you're more adventurous, go through the third layer of skin.  These are all things that I learned from that first Demo. These simple tips have been where a lot of my friends have started. Have fun!

I get this.  It happens for me when play turns primal.  He knows just how to get me there and all the crap that I have been holding on to just fades away.  I come out of it emotionally and physically rejuvenated.  I have yet to try needle play but cutting is very primal for me.

Here are some sources I use for needles:

You may also be able to obtain needles from a Farm & Ranch type store, if there is one near you.    You can buy a couple of a size to see how you like them.  These will be veterinary needles - the bevel on them is not as acute, so they are better for multiple piercing of tougher animal hides, but aren't quite so sharp for the first insertion so they hurt more.  If in individual sterile packaging, they are just as sterile as medical needles.  However the ones that are sold loose are not sterile, so don't use those.

Attach decorations like colored feathers or silk flowers with crafter's hot glue.  You can get the feathers and the glue gun at a craft store like Ben Franklin or Michael's.  Decorate the needles before you remove the sterile sheath

Get a sharps container at WalMart Pharmacy; ask at the counter what to do with it when it is full.  Local disposal regulations vary.

However, I do have a concern.  I was with one Master for almost 4 years when I lost Him to a heart attack and certainly canNOT nor will I compare myself to other submissives/slaves. I have been asked if I was into "pain" and how much. How does a girl answer this question? A very dear friend of mine watched me being scened recently and has said that on a scale of 1-10 she thinks i'm a 20 !! I don't think so.  Now back to my concern.  I'm afraid that since i've been trying things that  when I first choose this life choice that I would have answered to some play "not in this lifetime", that I have found to be a HUGE endorphin rush. Will there come a time when i'll "want/need/desire" more for that "rush"?

The first time I did needle play I was actually shocked with how little it hurt to put the needles through the white part of my breast.

As for sailne injections, I've only seen it onece at Thunder in the Mountions... it was a medical play class led by Doc. Evil.

the bottem who was getting the injections said she lived it and could hardly feel the needle going in... and the only dicomfort want the presure on the skin.
