hug to all, in case a sub/ slave get in touch with a prospective Dom/ Master should the interest shown up by the sub/ slave in holding the conversation, interest, in on-going talking or is it a two- way street, also shown up from the Dom/ Master too as long as a collar is not given? i am grateful for Y/your experience ! .... thanks a lot for the replies petra I guess what I'm interested in is your definition of 'prospective' is. If you mean you are sending mail to men you are interested in and are feeling that you are holding the conversation with little given back, I'd say that they aren't actually 'prospective'. I would think that someone who was genuinely intersted in you would be able to hold up their end of the conversation, especially with a sub/Dom dynamic. Often times, I get random notes from submissives who, according to the criteria I've laid out on my profile, are wholly outside what I'm looking for. I tend not to answer those mails but they sometimes find me on Yahoo Messenger. I tend not to participate too heavily in the conversation, i.e. not hold my end, because I'm really not interested, and feel that I shouldn't have to be a complete bitch about it to get rid of them. Of course, this could be completely differant from your experience. But in general, if someone's not participating in the conversation at the very least 50% of the time, they probably aren't interested and don't want to have to be rude about it. Lily
