I'm after a piece of medical equipment but don't know what it is called or where to get it from?

It is a metal reverse-clamp type thing that is inserted into the vagina to stretch it open and is then lockable to keep it open.

PLEASE, what is this thing called and where can I get it from? Any links?

I've had a look and it seems fairly similar to what I was thinking.

Basically, I know of a sub who told me about her fantasy of medical examination. This baffled me as I had never thought about it. I've seen footage on Insex where a womans mouth was stretched and kept open by a contraption. I thought there was a vaginal equivilant? I think that the end result is not so much internal dilation but that the opening of the vagina and lips are seen to be stretched and open.

Is this a real thing or just my dark imagination that I need to trademark???

Medical play can be fun but it also can be very dangerous if done incorrectly so please learn to use any and all equipment correctly before experimenting.
