Is "Gigantify" a word?  I think we should start a thread over its definition, or lack there of....and is the opposite of that "smallify?"

Just wonderin'

You should tell him it's right there where he left it - pointing at his dinky car.

Gigantify (Verb): The process whereby the average high school boy develops a 10"+ penis online.
Syn: Internet Inflation

From the Oxford English Dictionary:

gigantify, v.

trans. To cause to develop gigantically. Hence gigantifying vbl. n., in quot. attrib.

1841 Tait's Mag. VIII. 332 The gigantifying art, to coin a word, is more beneficially applied to fir-trees.

I think I like Arpig's definition better, though.

I just recieved an email and I said ...How are you?....His response was....the "Y" is always capitalized!!!

Tell this asswipe that YOUR protocol and his protocol are incompatible, making the only possible solution the delete button.

Telling somebody how much you dislike them always fascinates me.

I am a firm believer in two guiding principles.

1)  It is better to be hated than ignored.

What this says to me is that if I do not say anything or respond at all to the other person's vitriolic diatribe, they are left with the idea that I am ignoring them and/or that their response to me was not worthy of a response.

2)  Silence is so powerful.

The person will never know how I truly feel.  I figure I dont owe strangers my opinion or my feelings, so I dont generally share them.

Just me, etc.

LOL I almost thought John Warren was back.

Thanks for the definition - now I know!

(I liked Arpig's, too!)

Just someone who once mocked me for using Websters instead of Oxford.  I was going to edit that out but it was too late.
