hi, my Master has started training me to receive anal, he has asked
me to wear my buttplug once a day for at least half an hour, is this
safe?

and of course you used the search button, went to health and safety, googled............couldn't find a thing

and decided to make a profile (prolly today) that is not findable

and shoot oneliners to an old pervert like me and expect valid advice from these many ghosts in the machine?

I guess that seems rather commonplace.

no, not at all, i think personal advice and experience is far

If it's not so large that it's remarkably uncomfortable, it should not be unsafe.  Anal training is best done in small steps.

It'll help a *lot* if you have a plug that won't be damaged by lubricants that aren't water-based (which tend to absorb and dry out over time).  Lube is A Good Thing in anal play.

I recommend _Anal Pleasure & Health: A Guide for Men and Women_ by Jack Morin - an excellent resource.  There are also good resources on the WhirledWideWait, and probably a lot of good discussions here.  The more you know, the less you'll fear, and the more capable you and your master will be of keeping you safe.

Good luck, and remember - lots of people have started out fearing this, and learned to love it, perfectly safely.

Think of it this way, if I were to make you put your mouth around a zuchinni for a couple hours a day, so long as you kept it lubed and it was not rammed down your throat........what physical damage could possibly occur, and would your obicularis oris be in permanant dishevelment or not?

Same with your sphincter.........

It is only a muscle being trained after all.

small eggplant? large cucumber?  part of the trouble with not having a profile.....

Think about the size of what comes out, if you lube and slowly insert nothing bigger than that (it is lubed and comes out rather slowly
so use that as the timer, there can be no problems.......it may be uncomfortable, because we often think of that as a one-way valve. However---

You are well able to take much larger objects over time, for long periods of time, with care cleanliness concern and cognizance there should be little problem

Think cucumber, but longer and slimmer.  They grow really well up here in Minnesnowta, so people have these huge harvests that they inflict on their neighbors, and lots of people keep on trying to turn them into a palatable food, with mixed success.

Personally, they're one of my hard limits, along with tofu.

Just be carefull the act of wearing the plug isnt really dangerouse if it doesnt hurt then you should be fine. However if you see blood when you go to the bathroom you should take action to fix it and stop with the plug. You never want to FORSE anything in there start out small and very very slowly work to bigger ones each new plug should not be that much larger then the last and remeber lube lube lube lube lube... there is no such thing as too much lube!!

A word of wisdom for you, ignore the well intended ginger advice lol.

Ginger will have a very pronounced effect on where ever you insert it, a burning sensation.  Personally i'd love to try it sometime, im a curious girl lol, but i'd not recommend it to start with.
