I’ll like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to the readers of this forum. I am a male bisexual switch (more submissive than not) from Nashua, New Hampshire. And although I have visited this site for a while I only recently join. When I was picking a user name for this site I wanted to pick something appropriate and at the same I didn’t want to seem too fill of myself. So with those thoughts in mind I decided on “person” as my user name.

Seriously thought I appreciate the civility on this site and I the fact that this site is free. Also I appreciate that there are limits on the types of photographs that can be used.  These things in my mind make the time spent at this site more enjoyable.

I have a dumb question, why do so many people here provide so very little information in their profiles? The reason I ask is that browsing around looking at people’s profiles I came across a lot with not much information. Now I understand in some cases people simply lost interest shortly after creating a profile and ceased to be active members.  The ones I am the most curious about are the ones that have been members for a long time and still provide scant information. The point I’m trying to make is, if there are satisfied members of this site who participate very little what kind experience could someone have if they made a real effort?

It is my hope by becoming involved in this site I can learn from people who have been in the lifestyle for a while. And I also hope to meet local people my area that have similar interests.

People are here for many different reasons.  Not everyone who spends time here is looking for someone, so they may not feel the need to post an in-depth profile.

Kalira and Stef thanks for the welcome. Stef, like I said in my introducton, my question about lack of information in people’s profiles was dumb. And I could have added poorly worded. I do realize people use the site for different reasons but I was thinking more about the people who are here to meet people and still provide very little information on their profiles and yet apparently have a positive experience, the evidence being their length of participation on the site.  And it wasn’t meant to be a knock on those people either everybody has their own style. I was trying to suggest if those people were happy with their experience here someone who was willing do more should have an even better experience.
