There are some humiliating scenes that can be enjoyable. However when it crosses the line to actually effect you at work or a place where you command authority how do you handle that.

Could you please explain the situation better? Are you being humiliated in front of coworkers?

That's good, I wouldn't put up with that myself. He'd be outta there!!! You have to set boundaries regarding humiliation because it is so tricky. I was in chat once with a fella who humiliated his wife in front of other lifestyle people and she wouldn't talk to him for a LONG time because she was so mad. So, again, communication is key and if he doesn't follow your soft limits, he's down the road!!

Are you saying you got a demotion because of being humiliated?

If so, get rid of that creep who cares nothing about you. In my mind a Dom raises one up doesn't put them down. They should be an asset to your life not some negative being.
A dom is something of a father figure. How many of them do not want their children to excel in life? How many would hold them back?
Someone whom you can be secure with. Someone whom you can be yourself with. He doesn't judge you and when you do something wrong he or she leads you in the right direction. Not the wrong path in life.

I gotta agree with sub4hire. That kind of action is not kosher as it affects your ability to take care of them as well.

But communication is the key to any successful relationship.

Out of curiosity, what exactly happened? And feel free to tell me to shut up if it's none of my business, I'd just like to know a bit more about what I'm commenting on.

On another note: YAY!! I got my third disk! WHOO HOO
