Ok, I'm looking for a ring gag, which keeps the mouth open enough for oral sex, yet has a plug that can be inserted so that the wearer can't speak. I've looked around at various sites and I can't find exactly what I want anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Frankly, a "ring gag, which keeps the mouth open enough for oral sex," is an element of pure fantasy in itself. I tried to make one, and discovered that a ring large enough to accomodate me was too large to fit anyone's mouth properly. Lest this be taken as boasting, I'll add that while the length of my personal endowment has met with some approval, no-one has ever yet suggested that my girth is in any way noteworthy.

Most ring-gags are indeed too small. Back onto the original request: There exists a japanese style open mouth gag that does exactly what you want.
