At one time it was religion at later time it was cleanliness now it is matter of parental choice I my self am cut although soft skin does form a hood My son had medical problems when he was born we did not see reason for him to go through it and I also felt it was his choice!

I agree..if there are medical issues I would not make circumcision of a child an issue...
