Definitely uncut.

People don't go running around ripping everyone's appendix out just because it does not serve an apparent purpose...or they don't go ahead and just give every blatant moron a frontal lobotomy because they are obviously not using their brain (even though that might be on to something...)

And from personal experience, you would not believe just how much more sensitive an uncut forehead is than one that has been calloused from years of brief-chafing.
