I'll tell you all who the REAL attention slut is. An attention slut so bad, that no amount of attention is enough. That pouts when their not getting attention, that maliciously attacks anyone else getting "her" attention, who tries and directs EVERYTHING towards herself. the REAL attention slut is my dog and she needs to learn that no matter how badly she wants attention, bugging me when i'm going potty just wont work. (thinks i'm a captivated audience HA)

LOL LA - i KNEW you would say something along those lines. I was just thinking "hey i'm posting alot, LA is gonna say i'm being bipolar!" Isnt it nice when you're thought of? Do you feel, warm and fuzzy and tingly all over? Cos i sure do. though i must say - i expected it earlier with the "happy" post. I figured you would jump in there and say "you arent really content - your just bipolar!" Its all in your head Riot!!! <chuckles> Actually though - i'm more loopy then anything. I was talking to this chic last night and at one point she was like "what are you on" and i said sleep deprivation!! Comes from being unable to sleep at night cos i'm never comfortable, i have to pee every 30 min, and i feel like i'm going to puke any minute. I always get loopy when i'm over tired. Thats what makes me majikal! so um.. LA.. back to the tingly fuzzy warm feelings.. i've had a butt fetish lately - wanna come over tonight? ahem - in all seriousness. Thanks for the laugh LA

Ever notice how they leave you alone when you have time or want them? Princess is the same way... buggs the life outta me when I'm busy (expecially on the computer). I actaully had to hire one of my folks to look after & amuse her when I was doing distance ed... I was trying to write my midterm (it's online & timed) & she was trying to jump up on my lap... she managed to completely miss ([sm=confused.gif]) & got tangles in the cords, which of course freaked her out... she tried to take off and took my laptop with her... [sm=paddle.gif] Actually, looking back on it... I think she was trying to kill my laptop... how many younger dogs do you know of that completely miss a lap jump??? Freaky merow [>:]

It always used to amaze me, as soon as I settled on the toilet, somebody was calling me, either the unmentionables or the then-wife. Now its the cats, they claw at the bottom of the door and yowl piteously

I've gotten use to 4 cats at the bathroom door and a chihuahua at My feet and the Human pet asking questions while I am on the Throne ... I use to complain .. Now I just shrugg and its become a Norm here LOL ... Close the door and all Hell will break loose

Master's cat takes after his Daddy, he demands attention, takes over my bed, tries to sit on my laptop keyboard if i don't respond to him immediately, and smacks me if i bother him when he's busy, wench (having to make sure she doesn't capitalise when referring to Charlie the cat dom <lol>)

My bathroom door latch doesn't quite click into place all the way, so the dog noses his way in while I'm going to the bathroom. He sits at my feet and keeps giving me his paw to shake, so I'm having a pee and shaking my dog's paw [:D]

[&:]my dogs would sleep in my bed, not cause i let them, they would sneek in and one would sleep on my legs the other on my neck, when i would eat they would stare at me till finnished then eat their own food, if you stopped patting them they would lie at your feet till your feet moved to pat them, they would try to jump into the bath with you, grab your hand to take them for a walk and sit between my ex and i whenever he came over to make sure he didnt get all the attention.. and if that didnt work they would try to own him by peeing on his motorbike helmet lol.. dogs.. gotta luv em

I miss my old tom cat - soft, stupid but oh so friendly and good natured; I dared not sit anytime, 'cause as soon as I did, he'd jump on my lap; whatever was in the way, ,wherever I was. Because of course, whatever it was I was doing, it was never as important as him. He even pushed the bathroom door open once, when I was lying in the bath. Seconds later he was in the bath, seeking out a lap and a cuddle - I never saw a cat in such a panic as him when he landed straight in the hot water! It took hours for him to dry out! One time, I sat down on the settee/sofa with a take away curry - chicken dhansak, one of my favourites. He jumped up as usual, and landed straight in it with all four paws. I still ate the curry, and watched him lick the spicy hot sauce from his paws! He got the idea to look first, after that! E

You know what i always want to do - what runs through my mind when the 4 legged pets are in there jumping on my lap, talking to me.. being attention sluts.... i want to go find them when THEY'RE going potty. Walk up to them while their doing thier business and start rubbing their heads, sit in front of them and chit chat away, mess with them.. bat them around alittle bit.. pet them.. scratch their backs.. you know.. BUG THEM but i havent had the motivation to find my animals while their going potty yet..

LOL yup sounds like my toy poodle charlie... when i walks in from school or work if I dont pay attenion to him first thing I mean the secent I walk in, (heck he runs to the door when he hears the key in the lock he watches out the window and sees it me and thats it!!) he will jump up and bite my butt G-d forbit I should put my books down or go to the bathroom first... he follows me in the bathroom and jumps inot my lap the secent I sit down and proseeds to attack my face with kisses and nips.. I had a cat, not called Charlie, who loved to watch me pee. It was so cute until the day she got curious about the source. You know when cats get their one claw caught in something and instantly panic...
