First of all, I'd like to hear from women who've used these. I never have, but I am really considering them. How? How long? When? etc....

Secondly, is there one over another you'd recommend? I saw them at www.mypleasure.com, but I'm open to buying ones elsewhere with good recommendation on specific ones.

I really need a good way to strengthen my PC muscles to be better able to keep the Feeldoe in....

i have heard of them and also used them, they are also called jiggle balls and love balls, basically as you walk ect the weights inside them move around giving you a sensation, the 1st few times feel amazing but i got too used to them and didnt enjoy them after awhile, they are also sold in ann summers

They've been used on me...for a full day. I kinda like 'em...but I was mortified that people MIGHT be able to hear 'em!!! (perhaps that was half the fun?)

what a great question. I used benwa balls in the past and have a horror story to tell you. Former Master used to have a girl wear them all the time, difficult part is when you use the bathroom you have to pop them out first, well if moist and excited, had an incident where was driving my grandmother home, and got out of the car, darn things popped out rolled down my leg and started rolling down the driveway. She asked me what was that...ummm..grandma..they are just marbles..thats all...
You keep marbles in your pocket??? Sure granny, its for energy..just like the metal bracelets people wear....(yeah she believed me)...
Benwa balls can be worn long periods, its just gets to the point you forget about them....No you don't have to get the chiming ones, most of them don't chime...but if you want to upgrade with a lot of lube and practice, you can upgrade to the chinese hand medicine balls..o0(yes tried those too, but placed condoms around them so its easier to pull them out)....they chime, and the size is like a fisting orgasm initself...
Do not put benwa balls in the ass...too tiny. but hey, fun stuff, glides nicely..but easily gets boring

ok, so I got them. tried them out.
maybe I'm not one for these things....I couldn't tell they were in there until they started fgalling out!
luckily for me, due to my anatomay and being a heavier set woman, my outter labia and very full and cover me completely and kept the balls from coming out entirely while in the store! :P

but so far....they didn't seem to move around while inside of me, they didn't seem to serve a purpose. when i tried to use my pc muslces to keep them in, it seemed i'm doing it wrong and pushed them farther out =/
