i was about to say the same thing..her profile says she's in NC. You could write a longer profile, dear..make yourself known as a person. You could try www.mybdsm.com to see if there are groups in your area. i wish you well, i truely do.

This post is over a year old. It also appears the person now lives in North Carolina.

What did I miss? I jsut clicked on the profile and this person now lists thier state as NC and is not looking for a Master...It says NO MEN.

Since we're already practicing necromancy here, let me throw out a random thought... are closed states more likely to produce lifestylers than open states? ("Closed" and "open" in reference to general conservatism, of course.)

I'm tempted to think that closed states would. In open states, it's no big deal, you can be a weekend warrior or a bedroom kinkster - it's easy to take it lightly because there isn't any real effort involved. In a closed state, discretion is the better part of valor; if there are secret handshakes involved, it calls for a firmer affirmation and a more profound acceptance to be "bucking the norm". Your thoughts?

i cannot believe we all responded without reading her profile....how did this thread get started? or re-started? ROFLMAO.

I agree. For some the secret is almost if not more exciting than the fetish.
