is it any good? i'm not the most practical person, are the things in it quite easy to make?
i saw it online and wondered whether to buy it,

I saw in a book store and thought it was interesting but not interesting enough to buy.  If you google around a bit there are a few web sites that have stuff you can build like frugaldomme.com.  One of my favorite aspects of BDSM is the building of devices hehe
I find that most of them are really simple and it does not take a whole lot to make things
look good (for some reason on a lot of websites where people build things they dont take the time to stain or carvings to accent the things they make)

thankyou Sir, i do like to be creative and find new toys for Master and i would like to make Him a gift for His Birthday instead of buying one, so i think i'll take a look at the site You posted, that is very helpful,
Master said He is not buying certain types toys for a while as W/we have a few that have not been used yet and the postman was making jokes to Him when the 2nd crop in 2 weeks arrived in the post <g>,

I have '21st Century Kinkycrafts' and it's pretty good.  The projects are all extremely simple (no skill required) and most are quite cheap.

There's a much larger and more extensive book out there called "The Better Built Bondage Book."  It's extremely thorough and detailed, with lots of projects, but it costs about 3 times as much as Kinkycrafts.  Unless you're seriously into toymaking, the smaller book will probably suffice.
