Hi Diurnal, You can always count on Pink Leotards and Tights. They STRETCH to fit everyone.....ha ha ha

And it is very simple to make a Pink Tutu from Tulle material (Or how ever it is speeled. I made my own with just an elastic waistline.

Yep both Hot Topic and Torrids always has plaid something or another. I agree with you

Try used or vintage clothing stores, I often see little cute pleated plaid skirts that can be shortened to the apprppriate length. some times you can also find school uniforms and dance tutus. Have fun in the search
