Personally, I find it amusing that you would let such rubbish get to you. Who cares if another thinks you are masquerading as a male/female. You know who and what you are.

Hmm I like this logic. If I send someone a pussy shot, I have proven I am female....
Excellent, I've always wanted to be a chick for a day.

Nah don't worry. That one just wanted pictures of a pussy, he probably hasn't seen one in years. But to be fair, a lot of girls on this site are just guys so...
Well if you ever need proof, I'm also in Montreal, so if I ever run into on the metro or somethign I'll make sure to back you up as a female next time this comes up :P

i wasnt seeking approval actually. i wanted to know if other 'females' had this problem.. but instead, its turning against me even more..
i removed my pics cos anyways. if we meet anyone, ill send them on request.
yes, i should be like most ppl and ignore.. but sometimes things just get to me..
is everyone perfect too?

Ironically you are reacting kinda like a trans woman does when she gets clocked as male, and hasn't built up the thick skin yet to just shrug it off. Basically you need to work on not getting phased by guys challenging your identity as a woman and a biological female.

Just ignore it. The guy is full of crap. Besides if there are a buch of net wacko's with a list of who is fake, well do you really want to know anyone who would take that list seriously?

As for pictures. Don't send them anything that shows the bits. If I send a picture it is of me from the waist up and fully clothed. I stopped sending anything stimulating a while ago because the guys just wanted jerk off material.

Just my two cents.

Next they'll be telling you they think yer a goat so you HAVE To send a pic of yourself bent over a bed, ass in the air, and cheeks spread.

how about that pic?

Now that's an interesting visual thought early in the morning....lol.

1 He called you fake because he wanted to force you to do what he wanted
2 He only wanted to see you so he could masterbate
3 The local group he mentioned don't exist
4 There is no list of guys posing as women
5 You're not on that list
6 He's a B.S'er who wanted you to amuse him cos he's scared of the real world.

I second this post.

Ty for saying so.

(Orginal post only read.)

I've found myself doing strange things to confirm if those I'm speaking to are female.  Generally, I only do this is I have a sexual interest in them.  If not, it's not truly an issue I find worth engaging in.

I'm younger, twenty.  Several years back, most males didn't know little details about periods or things females used in relation to them.  I'd have a little menstrual quiz.  More recently, I require seeing a webcam or hearing voice, either on the phone or over a voice chat, not particular.

It's not a paranoid precaution, either.  At times, it seems the majority of those who contact me are actually male.  I'm forcing myself to be reasonable in saying that it's more likely between 30% and 40%.

However, yes.. wanting to see your pussy to confirm your gender is out there.  I've actually had people try to give me pics of a pussy to confirm gender.  Pft.  Doesn't work.  After they'd say something like that, I'd tell them, okay, that's fine, so long as their face is also in the picture, so I know they didn't just download it from a porn site.. it's actually theirs.  Or, if they can't get the camera far enough away, as many have made the excuse, to put a note with a code word on it in the picture to prove its one they've just taken.  Most seem to go away after that.

You know, looking back at what I've just typed, it's really sad I've had to develop methods for testing the gender of those so far away, and an ethics code about how far is too far, and at what point it's not a concern and to just ignore the person.

Offer to meet for coffee next week.

That usually sends them running.

Photo shop is a wonderful thing.

Your head, on anyone's shoulders.

I'm with reofbl on this - there is no point, and the only nearly reliable way to identify gender online is to examine the language used, and how its used. How many guys, even pretending to be gals, use words like lovely, wonderful and so on? How many guys, even pretending to be gals, are capable of going into the sort of detail that women tend to?

It is of course, a generalisation and a pop psychology thing (Mars/Venus et al), but social communication is performed differently by most men compared to most women.
