My Daddy has a love of Ren and Stimpy. He also loves South Park. He has a animation of Ren and Stimpy on his entry way wall that makes him feel at home, and this is something I had to accept as part of the deal should we ever reside together. This picture is beginning to grow on me... kinda like a fungus or something

Hello WorldofSilence,

This reminded me of my curiosity about *twinkies*........ something that I read about in some US posts.

What are twinkies, chaps?

Jaffa Cakes are altogether too eatable....continually eatable...it's almost impossible to have *one or two*, only a *packet or two* will do.

Good thing about them is that they have a low calorific value (deep joy)....so scoffing them doesn't give a bad concience.

The raspberry alternative that was mentioned in another post sounds delightful.

Back to your topic........Cute things?.......I thought for a LONG time about that .......and still came up with the fact that there is just NOTHING cute about my Master. Not a thing. Cute and him just don't line up.

Wonderful things?....Things that make him stand out?......Too many of those so I'll only mention one...... He's horrible.

Regards, agirl

Twinkies are like a mass produced minature chocolate jelly roll with a whipped cream like substance as the filling. Also know as Lil Debbies Swiss Cake Roll.

I craved these when I was preggers with my first.

Actually, Swiss Cake Rolls and HoHos are the similar ones. Twinkies don't have chocolate- they are a sponge cake filled with a frosting in the middle.
Look here:

My friends and I joke that with the amount of preservatives in these things, one could embalm themselves before they are dead if they ate enough of them.
Personally, I find them to be disgusting.

I would also think that consuming them could cause an early death. I don't know how those things ever became popular....ewwwwww. Give me a Yankee Doodle or a Devil Dog any day though...lol.

I've heard of, but never tried, deep-fried Twinkies. Boggles the mind, really.

Fwiw, twinkie or twink is also homoslang for a cute, young guy. I think there's a slight connotation of his not being too bright, but that may be sour grapes. [:)]

MadameMonique -> RE: Jaffa Cakes. (11/23/2006 11:51:11 PM)

Wow.  *confused* So many weird American foods.   Ive recently been introduced to something called "Franks Hot Sauce"  OMG I love it !   That and Peanutbutter M&M's.  Neither of which we get here in the land of Meat Pies (Australia)   Someone wanna post me some!?!  Lol. I will post you canned Possum or Kangaroo in return !  hehehehehehehehee.

[sm=mrpuffy.gif][sm=lol.gif][sm=tongue.gif]

Or Tim Tams.   Tim Tams are incredibly addictive.  I dont think you have them.  they are 2 choc biscuits, stuck togethere with choc fudge then dipped in choc.  You bite off the top left corner, then the bottom right corner and shake them so the calories fall out.  Then use them as a straw to suck hot coffee through.  then pop them streight in your mouth and they melt.  Made my friend from New Jersersy's toes curl !

Emperor1956 -> RE: Jaffa Cakes. (11/24/2006 12:28:24 AM)

AHEM...Twinkies do NOT have chocolate in, on or near them.   The poster who said anything to the contrary is a dangerous subversive, probably of foreign extraction, and should be closely monitored.

Twinkies are one of several products of the "Hostess Baking Company" founded in Chicago in the midst of the Great Depression, but now exporting empty calories throughout the world (if you listen to that link, you'll understand.  But he's wacked about Twinkies.)   For Hostess Chocolate, think Ding Dongs or Ho Hos...or god help Me those horrific cupcakes (which did you know if you can remove the frosting entirely it indicates that you are a virgin (sorry.....7th grade flashback there)).

The best use of Twinkies I know is to teach better oral sex skills by getting the "cream" filling out using only one's tongue, but not damaging the surrounding plasticy yellow sponge cake.  Apparently, some people who's arteries are genetically stainless steel have found other uses for Twinkies like a wedding cake.

If you want a real American snack treat, try a moon pie instead.  There is probably no more iconic snack food in the Southern USA.  If you are in or near Pennsylvania, you will only eat an odd little snack called a TastyKake (yes, that's how they are spelled).  I don't get it, but friends who grew up in, or went to college in, Philadelphia can be lured off any path and made to do any thing with a TastyKake.

And finally, to the Aussie lass who made fun of "weird American foods" I say only one word to you:  Vegemite.

E

Edited to add some COLOR to the food!

Whats weird about vegiemite?!  Our nation was (and is) raised on the stuff!  Americans dont get it cauz they think you slap it on toast like Jam (or should that be jelly?)!!  The art to vegiemite toast is well buttered with a thin smear of vegiemite applied as quickly as possible to freshly popped toast!

I have recently discovered the girl I'm very fond of, has a thing for Jaffa Cakes.

I must admit I've heard of alot of things in My time, but Jaffa Cakes has to be the cutest thing I've ever heard! I grow to like her as every day passes.

So not to come across as too "strange" *grins* anything "cute" you discovered or know about your Dom/sub that you consider cute and a wonderful thing that makes them stand out?

WoS

You know when I first saw the title "Jaffa cakes" I was a little bemused, I wondered if this was not some bizarre name for some BDSM activity that I was yet to hear about. Imagien my relief to realise it wasnt LOL.
Personally I hate the combo of orange and chocolate and never did understand how it came about, did someone accidently drop an orange into a pot of melted chocolate?
Anyway cute things? The only cute thing I can think of is one master I had ticklish kneecaps!! Not feet, but kneecaps!! LOL The times I was spanked for tickling him at the most inappropriate times! LOL

Lordandmaster -> RE: Jaffa Cakes. (11/24/2006 3:27:46 AM)

Actually, TastyKakes are incredibly disgusting and people only pretend to enjoy them because they're afraid of looking like a sissy in front of their friends.  Those of us with no insecurities about our manhood freely admit that they're nauseating.

The original purpose of the TastyKake was to aid in the interrogation of captured German spies.  After WWII, they needed a different marketing strategy.

I once had a sub that bit dogs. True! It really was very cute. Though the dogs don't think so but they behaved themselves.

*snicker*  My Lord is like that with anime style pictures and gothic vampire type stuff.  I ask him to keep them in "his room" (aka the spare bedroom), since they do not suit my sense of beauty.   He is kind enough to do so since the house is "my realm."

She trained sheep dogs and part of training them is biting their ears but its less interesting if you explain why she bit dogs and where.
