Hey all. It seems many in this community have taken a strong interest in BDSM and have learned much of it.
BDSM is still something that I would say isn't well understood by the far greater portion of the population. Even for those who embrace it, simple answers to get a head start can be hard to come by.
www.Wikipedia.com offers a good source of information on a wide variety of subjects. For those unfimilar with it, it's a popular online encyclopedia which can be alterred by even first time users. It'd be great to see some more work done it on to help promote the general view and understanding of BDSM and related subjects.
For those with something to contribute, please, do stop by and help out with the BDSM article and other related ones.
(No, I'm not from Wikipedia. Just, from experience, I've found it's a very helpful source and a very powerful medium. It is my hope that this will promote the community at large. There's a lot there already. I'm not sure if more could really be added without it being cumbersome, but I do believe so.)
Actually, come to think of it, if anyone would like to put up suggestions for how to change it- if they're not sure about it before doing it- feel free to do it here. :)
(So far, all I've done is taken something out. One paragraph under the "Submissives" section claimed that subs were subs simply because they don't have God in their lives. Grr.)
