Located in Lake Mary/Heathrow, FL area, I have an unfurnished room for rent in a 1200 sq. ft. apartment with fully equipped kitchen, alarm system & washer/dryer in the unit. Located in a gated community. Has a pool & tennis courts. Close to I-4, SR 46A, 417 and Seminole Towne Center.
To move in, it will $268 deposit plus 1st mo. rent. The rent is $536 per month plus half of utilities (electric & water, approx. $150 for your half). We can make arrangements for cable & internet.
