The author of The Story of O written under the pseudonym Pauline Reage, comes forward as much older woman named Dominique Aury. I just finished watching it on The Sundance Channel. There was a lot of erotic dramatization in the film. Yummy!

I remember how I loved the story of O when I was much younger, one of my first real S/m novels that I read. No other book had such an impact on me as this one. It was interesting to hear the writer's comments on why she wrote it.

I did look to see if you can order it on DVD and you can.
