Good Evening, I understand being submissive, I am trying to understand being a slave. What is your reward?

Angel's reward for being a slave is knowing that he is cherished for his sacrifices to me. He knows that he is important to me, and that I own him becasue I chose him above others.

Being a submissive or a slave is not about "What am I going to get?" but rather "What do I have to give?" That deep-down total surrender is the reward.

Having never been owned my perception may be off but i see submissive v slave much the same as the difference between buying or renting your house. There are different levels of committment and responsibility.

That's all I need. I feel warm and cozy inside, with fluttering butterflies. Edited to add: It's early in the morning and I'm sick. Sorry... I thought this was directed at both subs and slaves.

Although we identify as D/s, this is simple. The reward for belonging to him is that I get to belong to him. I need this, thus by getting it I am fulfilling a need. The fact that our needs match is where compatibility comes in.

In Our definition my pleasure comes from putting his needs before mine. Rewards are things like me having another woman to be with me or things like that. Rewards can also be non-sexual things. Depends on the relationship, it is just not because one is a slave or submissive.
