Status: offline 		I caught a news clip showing Daddy Bush crying at the podium  while talking about Jeb, I believe.  Anyone have any details?

Jeb's Daugter (Nicole?) just got sentanced to ten days for violating her rehab/parole terms. I think she tried to smuggle some crack into the courtroom- you might try googleing it. Partygirls Jen and Barb have been exiled to central america to keep them out of the papers, so as the only BushTNG left in the public eye, Nicole has been taking up the slack...\

Status: offline 		He was giving a speech and complimenting his son on his character.  Apparently Bush, Sr. does not show affection publically, but this was a rare occasion.  Very touching, I thought.

Status: offline 		Jeb was at the end of his service & not up for re-election.

There was a 3-way split between Charlie Crist (R), Jim Davis (D) & the independent Max Lynn

The independent was offered no media coverage (as usual) & had to get a court order to appear in the debate. This was approved 10 minutes prior to broadcast.

Florida being the red state that it is elected Crist.

I'm just waiting for Crist to be successfully outed. His rumors have been stronger than the ones surrounding Foley & we all know how that all turned out. We all knew he was gay... but no one really thought he preferred young boys.

Status: offline 		Listen, i served under Jeb and IMO he's as crooked as they come.  The sheninigans were much worse than under Chiles.  Bush evidentially was sobbing about his son, Jeb's, magnificent performance in the Office of Governor and as a candidate.
 
If this is his idea of magnificence, then perhaps he's also delusional.  All 3 grand-unmentionables have had drug and alcohol problems and the twins, Jeb's kids, were rumored to have been asked to leave the country (Chili, i believe) due to alleged drug use.
 
Nevertheless The Shrub Sr. said he hopes the unmentionables will enter public service.

Weren't the twins asked to LEAVE Buenos Aries?
 
Since i asked this, I realize Jeb just had to leave the Governorship due to term limits. Daddy was crying out of fatherly pride.  But morso out of realizing it is the end of the Bush Dynasty- Jeb was proably going to be the LAST Bush ever to hold office in the USA.  Being George the Lessor did such a bang up job running the country.
