TEQUILA COOKIES
1 cup of dark brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup of granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups of dried fruit, such as dried cranberries or raisins
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequila (silver or gold, as desired) (You can substitute other liquid and add as needed and drop by spoonfuld on cookie sheet. Standard cookie procedure)
Take a large bowl, sample the Cuervo to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink.
Turn on the electric mixer...Plug electic dixer in. beat one cup of butter in a large bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar. Beat again.
At this point it's best to blake sure the Cuervo is still OK, try another cup, just in case.
Turn off the mixerer thingy-do hicky. Break 2 leggs. Get on hands and knees to clean up bloken legs off da floor. Hit head on open drawer gifting up off up da floors. Add 1 more legg to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit. Pick the frigging fruit off floor...
Mix on the turner. plug mixer into holes in the walls. If the fried druit gets stuck in the bleeders, De-plug the mister from wall ... take out the spinners and dry loose the fried druit with a drewscriver. Durn on mixder. .... find the spinners for the dixer. Durn off mister and put spinner-thingies back in the holes of da mixerer thingie-do.
Test Cuervo ... . Plug the mixster-dingy-do back in and turn on and finish da misting wif the mixter.
Sample the Cuervo to check for tonsisticity.
Next, shift in two cups white fluffy powder stuff and try not to sneeze. Sweep floor off the flour. Go to cupboard and get more white stuff.
Check the Cuso Juevro .. Jose Cuervo.
Now shift the chopped lemon juice and strain nuts. Add one table. Add a schpoon of sugar, and more white dry powdery baby powder looking stuff ... or whatever you can put your hands on without dripping on floor.
Grease da oven. Turn on the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don't forget to beat off the turner.
durn on the timer thang to 30 minsters.
Sit at kitshin table retesting Cuervo and wait till the dimer tings off. Take a lil nappy-poo.
Take batteries outs of the blaring smoke deflector.
Finally, throw the bowl through the window,
FINISH the Cose Juervo and make sure to put the stove in the dishwasher
