Far too much to read here... but to the original poster. The act of FGC predates redorded history and is not uncommon in some cultures -- however, I believe that your motivations (if in fact, you are not just a wannabe doofus as most of us I am sure hope) are way off base.
With the current increse in exposure to the customs of the Islamic nations (and surrounding areas) the practice has just recently been "discovered" by westerners... read up a little on the history of it however. Also, the one and only girl that I know who has underwent the procedure can oragasm just as well (perhaps better) than the majority of "in tact" girls I have met.
While the threat of it is a powerful tool to hold over the girl, it need remain just that, a threat... if you find yourself prepairing to do it for real, stop, call a crisis center and get a friend that does not have a valve in her ankle.
If she desires it for religous or other beliefs, she should have enough contacts in her culture to know they why and how of it.
