Hmm. Nice house with plenty of room for my office, a big open room for photography, and a nice submissive male home-owner to worship and serve me for the next two years.

Would be great if the home-owner was pleasant company and had some massage training.

1) fat free chocolate that tastes great

2) a bi, asian male slave (fox likes Japanese guys and he could use a bottom to tie up)

3) a bi female slave with a toppish/mommy streak (to share with my hubby)

4) a house 500 square feet bigger at least but for the same monthly mortage (ha ha ha)

5) better back yard deck

6) privacy fence around the back yard

7) trip back to Italy & Greece

8) personal trainer to help me get in and stay in better shape

9) every one of the revised editions of Vampire: the Masquerade role-playing books

10) a book party thrown by some well-known leather or BDSM organization with me as the featured author

Dear DiannaVesta, Ladies and Gentlemen;

Sky is the limit--no money limits; well--I would want a piece of land where I can build a M/s, D/s, BDSM friendly neighborhood within a gated community, complete with its own security police as to keep things 'in house.' It would have a huge community dungeon and facilities attached. Homes would have dungeon spaces and the rest is up to the residents. In addition, I would have a safe house for abused individuals to stay and be safe until they get themselves together. Also would have an academy on the grounds and have presenters come in and stay in the guest house/mansion, with servants and the like.

I would also like to have a horse facility, to which I would like to house retired, disabled and abused horses, as to live in peace and comfort. Those who wish to own their own, would have enough property to stable and take care of their charges; A Dressage ring, Driving ring, trails, Hunter/Jumper rings, cross-country courses, Western riding, Western Cutting rings, Indoor rings and Pavillion rings, as well as out door rings, connecting trails. Crossings would be under the road and over the road options. A sensor will trigger a caution light to drivers at such crossings. I would also like to have a Vet center, therapy section to include a tank for horses to swim in as to keep off injured limbs. A blacksmith center and a Tack Shop and Feed store on premise but, will not exclude individuals from bringing in their own vets, blacksmiths and such.

Donate funds to help those in the lifestyle, to get out of debt and have some financial relief and or help with loans, etc. I like to see long term care set a side for those in the lifestyle, as we're getting older and nobody expects or prepares for the future as older senior citizens, etc.

Aside from the 42" (at least) HDTV? What I really, really, REALLY want is my very own slave. A slave to keep my house clean, make my iced tea, fetch refills, rub my back, chauffeur me everywhere I go, play with the cats, sit at my feet at Lifestyle parties and at my side at vanilla events, a slave to laugh with and talk to, who carries Kleenex when we go to the movies, or rub my feet and hands and back in the evenings while we sit and talk or watch a movie or play Parcheesi, to take out the trash and turn down my bed at night and fetch the mail and rub my feet and..... and.... <sigh>

ohhh personal trainer! You know the past 3 months I've been working at my PC 10-12 hours a day and its taking its toll. I was thinking that I need to get someone or something to motivate me. I need a personal servant to cook me special meals, rub me down and help me get back in shape.

1) A large castle set in 200 acres of land, and ringed with a 20ft high wall around the grounds, with access to the sea for my luxury yacht via a private dock
2) A better aristocratic title to go with it than the one I have
3) The fortune of the Count of Monte Cristo (maybe also the Count, he seemed to get along fine in that awful prison in the story)
4) Tax exempt status as an independent nation within the boundary wall

After that, I guess I could buy or hire in anything else I wanted.

*sigh* a little extra cash to make the house I am building self-sufficient (a little solar, a little geo-thermal - whatever).

Naughty? A few extra tools and supplies to build that dungeon in the basement ;) OH! and a nice (or NOT so nice) woman to use it with me!

Oh my I'm looking to do the same. I am seriously looking into wood stives to heat my house and big ass greenhouse. Between electric and propane its like a huge money pit.

Dianna, we just installed a corn/pellet burner at the farm. I love it! The furnace hardly ever kicks on. It is way easier and cleaner than the days of heating with wood. Also, I read something about the emissions of burning corn versus wood and how the smoke is much less toxic to the enviroment. I thought that was kinda cool also.

It is currently 13 degrees here and was down below zero last night. When I come in from working outside with the horses I practically hug that corn burner.
