I only know people in "real life" and everyone I've actually known(not read about in an article), who has went to jail has technically commited the crime. And even then I said I'm sure they are out there. Of course I've watched shows and read articles about people that were later released because they were innocent, I still don't know anyone that was. It is estimated that at least 5% of people on death row are innocent, imagine, 5% of people are innocent on death row. That is scary to me because if you really think about it, that means that every person your state executes that is innocent makes you guilty of murder.

Didn't they use to refer to these as "vice" crimes? Gambling, prostitution, drugs and the like?
