Status: offline 		Now I know, some words in the group are offensive, like Cyber and Self Bondage, but I have to ask anyway.

Like me, I am sure there are a LOT of male (or even Female) Subs, that are without a Mistress or a Master. Are there any Subs like me, that are so desperate for B&D, that you have to do Self Bondage?

Do you use Rope, Leather Wrist or Ankle Straps? How about Gags? Are some of you married too, and do this too, because for some reason, your spouse isn't into these things?

Status: offline 		I tried it a bit, it suck and I felt stupid for it as it is just goofing off with scarfs. Anything else is to unwise and dangerous.

Status: offline 		Hi Mellian, and thanks for the reply. It feels stupid for me too at times, but I get desperate at times too. Luckily I don't do it too much, and when using Leather Wrist and Ankle Straps, I use a Double ended clip, and can remove them anytime.

I read your profile, and also wish you luck in your search. You need some more pictures in your profile, so we all can maybe know better what you look like.

Status: offline 		i have tried self breast bondage, after reading up on it and understanding...as well as the direction of a "potential" Master i have found it was pleasurable for me....plus he enjoyed the pics very much! i did note that i "whimped" out more so having no one there not to "push" me..

than happy i to love, and am beloved.....where i can not remove, not be removed....my buddy "S"

Status: offline 		I've done it before and there's nothing wrong with it. I do find it less fufilling than with someone else, but when you've got no one else...

I usually use cuffs and chains with quick release locks. The fortunate part about this is that if you get yourself into it, you can get yourself out. There are rope techniques which can tighten if struggled against a certain way.

I've used gags (I like gags), later after reading about it I was told this increased the danger level. Well I guess that's pretty obvious in hindsight, but I don't think that'd stop me from doing it again. You do want to be careful of what's around you and what can fall over or hit yourself against when you're bound.

I am looking for a master, but for now I wear my ankle and wrist restraints to bed, and have a tendency to restrain myself to my bed, and yes I can still get out. That's how I handle it for now until I find my one master :)

Status: offline 		I have played with self bondage before. It can be dangerous, but so can a lot of the things we do. This simply requires becoming educated before you do it. There's a wealth of information on the web if you look.

Ideally, you'd have a safety, but that's not always possible. There are other safe ways of exploring self bondage with minimal risk, such as public self bondage. Tie a rope harness around yourself under your clothes, and use your imagination. Plenty of things you can do and ride that high that comes with being bound in some way or another.

Status: offline 		i've been doing it for at least 20 years  Rope, elastic bandages, tape, leather cuffs, metal cuffs, gags, hoods, collars, electrostim, clamps, weights, plugs, predicaments, timed releases...
i'm in an odd position (even by the standards of WIITD) in that my wife is okay with BDSM, doesn't mind me amassing a huge collection of toys, and will occasionally scene with me (did so much more frequently in the past), but is generally disinterested... so because i feel guilty about bothering her with my needs, i take care of things myself. i'm not proud of it, but it's better than getting cranky.

Status: offline 		PETDAVE ! Are we Brothers, or our wife's sister? I know EXACTLY what your going through. I love my wife dearly, and have done so for 32 years, and going. She doesn't mind me with the Leather Straps and even an ocassional Gag, but mostly I do it alone, so I don't BOTHER her. I even go as far as to wear muy Cock Harness or Butt Plug to work...and what a neat feeling that is walking around all day.

Michael, It isn't risky at all, if you are very careful. When I do use my Leather Wrist and Ankle straps, I only attach them to each other, and use a double headed clip, like used on a dog chain. It is very easy to unhook, and just takes some imagination, which I have plenty of, being without a Mistress for some time.

Mary T. What happened to your profile? As I stated above, it doesn't have to be scary at all. It is better than not having any FUN at all, and I love the feel of Leather Straps and all kinds of B&D Toys. Yes, I also love that song too, and just  had to use that part of it.

Mellian, try the Double Ended Clipswith Leather Straps. Or what might even be better for you, would me Straps that close with Velcro. My wife was curious about B&D, so we got her some Straps from Spencer Gifts, that hold on by Velcro. Just a hard tug, and they come off. No key or anything needed.

IvyP, I couldn't find your profile either. Have you tried Bobby Pins on your Puppies (Nipples)? But them on halfway, between the closed and Opened end of the Bobby Pin, so it won't be too much pressure. If you want more pressure, hold the Bobby Pin open and place it all the way to the "U" end of the Bobby Pin. And just for Good Luck, put a Nylon or Spandex Leotard on over that, and just use your Fingernails on them Puppies. E-mail me and let me know how it works out.

Bacchas, Gags? I LOVE Gags too, but try not to use my Penis Gag for Self Bondage, since it is kind of Drastic. I miss MADAM putting it on me, and then ENJOYING HERSELF with it.....ha ha ha  Most of the time, I will just use my Trainer Gag or Ball Gag, which don't go in as far.

Status: offline 		I have been into self bondage for years and as was said before you have to be careful as in anything. I have had some really tough sessions by myself where I was left tired and sweating by the time I was done. I am going to try cuffs soon I have tried the ice cube thing and it works but the best thing is always have a safeguard. In my case none of my famiy knows about it and to be caught would be a disaster. I have found out most of my things by listening to others. I have even made my own aparatus such as a humbler which I love when no one is home I wear it around the house I love the ache it leaves me with. Like I said last but surely not least be careful and ask someone about a particular thing before you try it. Any of us that can would be glad to help.

Status: offline 		i haven't, simply because i don't find bondage that much of a turn on unless it's with another person - i get off on being restrained -by- someone and not having the ability to release myself...i just haven't ever been in a situation where i felt like diy bondage would do anything for me. (then again, i'm not much for masturbation unless i'm with Him and He wishes it of me, either, so...)

Status: offline 		ive done self bondage i use chain or rope mostly and always leave the keys in the padlocks and spares near by plus i do self breath control i know its dangerous but so is abseiling if you dont do it right and i love that too youve just got to make sure you have safety procedures inplace

It's been a long time since I wandered the groups at Yahoo, but there used to be a Self Bondage group there that was quite advanced.

You might see if it's still there.

I have found that a great many subs from UK and Australia practice self bondage; it just doesn't carry the negative connotation there like it does here in the US.

Wish I had some links for you. I see you've had a few serious responses; perhaps there are some new ideas among them that you can explore.

Status: offline 		The one and only time I did self bondage was using bungee cords with the hooks on the ends.  It was waaayyy back when my husband (then boyfriend) and I had been seeing each other only a couple of months.  I thought it would be a nice surprise for him if he came home from work and found me.  He did indeed like his surprise.

Thanks to MADAM, Mistress Haley and some other freinds here, I learned a few things to do, to HOLD ME OVER, till that Special Someone finds me, or I her.
