Seems to me 'crushing' is one thing...actually 'busting' (sometimes called 'popping') is something else entirely; and would be followed by hospitalization, no?

Also, I think people are trying to point out a difference between "crushing" and "busting" and that one could lead to the ER. That's not attacking. It's pointing out reality.

I guess it's a matter of some debate as to where to draw a definitional line between "CBT" and "ball busting."
